We start with the appetizers:
- White fish with sharp fins , fried dumpling (very crunchy) and snails.
- Crab Meat Steamed Egg: This is my fist time eating a steamed egg with kinda soup on top. The egg is smooth and the crab meat taste mixed nicely.
Sushi (from left to right and top to bottom:
- Cuttlefish sushi: the thickness of the cuttlefish is 3 times than an usual cuttlefish sushi, but it wasn't hard to chew it, it was is soft but still firmwith some stickiness texture.
- Bloody Clam sushi: is big and refreshing
- Striped Jack sushi: the texture is different from a normal fish texture, is well chewable, is almost like a shell animal texture. taste nice.
- Geoduck sashimi: it was cut into different shape, cube and slice, with different shape, it tasted different.
- Silver Sea-bass sushi: is tender and rich in fish oil.
- Shrimp with grilled shrimp paste on top: is very fragrant, taste good.
- Double Sea Urchin sushi: There are two layers of sea urchins, which are rich in flavor, smooth and creamy.
- Yellow croaker: salty and sour taste, the texture is like a normal fish, but taste is refreshing.
- Needle Fish Sushi: shaped like a flower, the taste is refreshing, because it has some sprinkled with orange peel, the taste is delicious.- Toro: melted inside my mouth, it is so soft and juicy.
- Right mouth fish: abit salty but melts inside the mouth. delicious.
I have to say, this menu is like a taste reborn , u are able to eat very different taste and texture in every sushi.
- Red Anchovy Sushi
- Middle Toro and O toro roll with Salmon Roe : very delicious and satisfying
- Butterfly Fish Fish Side: Slightly hot, with a shiny glow, and the mouth is full of fat
- Eel Tempura: very delicious, crispy and crunchy.
- Clam with crab meat and seaweed sauce: it is very sweet and tender.
- Fish soup: is a concentrated fish soup.
Desert: treated mushroom, figs, melon, pear and a delicious sorbet.
I have to say that this set menu is very rich, every single sushi has its own texture and taste.
