📍𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐧, 𝐓𝐚𝐢 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐠 👉🏻 Omakase (HKD 2,000+)- 22 course omakase 😱😱 above are just some highlights from that night- my favourites: abalone liver sauce, (i don't know what to call the second roll but super flavourful 😭), monkfish liver, o-toro, uni, o-toro hand roll, shrimp, scallop, uroko-yaki with fish soup, (forgot the name of the shellfish...)- we were literally sooooo full 😂 mum had to do takeaway for the last few courses def would like a revisit 😉 when i save up more money haha 😂+++🗺️ Hon
