There are so many plant based meats around but Omnipork is a brand developed in Hong Kong.The first time I ordered it was at Kind Kitchen where it was in patty form stuck to a lotus root slice and pan fried.I decided to try the Pan Fried Buns here because they were using Omnipork in them.The only complaint was the Pastry as it was too dry and hard as if they were made and left there for a while before anyone ordered them.Inside the filling was juicy just like the meat version.Apart from the dryn

Apart from the dryness of the pasty, I would be happy to order this again as Hong Kong meat is not fresh and they stink unless you go to high end restaurants.
