We had omurice for a gathering. The Japanese style swirly omelette was nice, you got to choose different sauce to go with your plain white/ 16-grain rice. We all picked Japanese curry sauce, it’s minimally spicy but the flavour was nice. The beef fillet I had was a special cut and the flavour was nice. However, it could be better if it could be cooked less well-done. Their signature was the burger patty but it was very disappointingly over-cooked, it wasn’t juicy and my friend waited for nearly an hour to receive her food.
The grilled whole octopus tentacle was huge but it was also over-cooked, it’s very tough. Although the taste was nice, it’s difficult to chew/ cut into this tough leg! (It’s visually appealing though cos they plated it like an ear 👂)
The soda drinks were decorated with flowery ice balls. Overall, the price was set at the higher end but the quality wasn’t as good as we expected. We saw that there was 10% off from online booking, however it turned out that this discount wasn’t available on Fridays.
