Eating on 102 floor is quite fun ! Looking at the cloud moving and the stunning skyline of Hong Kong is a unique experience itself ! Of course, food has to be good ! We started with an introduction of their own collection of olive oils - single vineyard olives 🫒! And the freshly baked sourdough was sooooooo good with the fine olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Pasta was next - Mezzi Paccheri with Sicilian Red Shrimp and Basil pesto sauce … al dente pasta with the sweetness of red 🦐, yummmmmmm!
Last but not least, the best Tiramisu in town ! With Coffee granita !
