Mana is one of my favourite restaurant in Hong kong - or should I admit, I'm seriously addicted to it. I'm a big fan of their salad (absolutely love their kale and roasted vegetable), sometimes I have to go back to central even during weekend just to get the salad and stop my craving (I am a regular for lunch already I think i can have this everyday really...lol)I'd imagine not everybody would like this vegan/spiced taste but I'm a huge fan and so glad that there's one in Hong Kong. I'd imagine not everybody would like this vegan/spiced taste but I'm a huge fan and so glad that there's one in Hong Kong. It is certainly a bit pricey for some people, but the quality of the food definitely worth it. The vegetables are all super fresh, compared to the salad you can get from simply life, Oliver etc Mana's greens are way fresher, and makes you feel good after eating it. I'm a big fan of kale and mana is one of the few (if not the only one) that offer kale in Hong Kong (unlike when I was in the US, I can get it easily in a lot of places) Their flats are also very yummy - I always have dilemma choosing between salad v flats (the $130 combo is good deal but it's too full for me) Flats like Mana Joy are my favorites - in particular love the zaatar flavour.
I can go on and on about mana - the only thing I don't like perhaps is the fact that it can get really crowded during lunch time (the queue could get really long during office lunch hour)!
