Being local to North Point, we are very familiar with this waffle/eggette place that even the owner recognizes us and knows what we want before we order. Hidden in a walkway opposite Fortress Hill station and next to crowds of people waiting for their 'tong yuen' is one of the best eggette places you'll find around. Whatever flavour you get, you won't be disappointed. I like the green tea one as it's less sweet than the original one and perhaps that makes me feel less guilty, but I also like the

I like the green tea one as it's less sweet than the original one and perhaps that makes me feel less guilty, but I also like the cheese one where it crisps up the edges of the eggette and is soft and tangy inside each delicious bubble of 'waffley' goodness. What separates this place from most is that it's always spot on; lightly crispy on the outside but not burnt and with each crunch, you reach the moist, chewy centre which is just heavenly. I think the green tea ones are the best representation of this so I'd recommend you give those a try if you're unsure which to go for.
