My friend recommended this pizza place long ago but never got the chance to try it. We went Happy Valley for horse racing and so we decided to give it a try as it is so near to the racecourse.There were like around 10 tables, and it was completely packed at 8 pm. Our only option is to stand outside and dine on the side of the road. The restaurant has a standing height table clipped on fence, so it really wasn’t that of a big deal. The whole waiting time takes around 15 mins, which is pretty quick I would said.

This “famous” Margherita

Let me get straight to the conclusion, their pizza is awesome. Everything is very on point, it is saucy with tons of cheese (there is no such thing as too many cheese) and the dough is so soft and fluffy. The dough is definitely a point to deserve a spotlight. And I will be honest with you, I am not really a pizza guy, but this dough really stunned me by a lot. It is so crazy that it makes me somehow forget what flavour I am actually getting. I have been to many other famous one in HK, but I can assure that this, by far, is the best pizza you can get in Hong Kong right now.
