呢度系一间系西贡嘅法国隐世小餐厅,平时只开晚市。闻说这个Tasmania嘅wagyu牛扒供应商系香港只供应此间和另一间米芝莲餐厅。必食系tenderloin rossini!用上m9和牛配一大块羊肚菌鹅肝,medium rare 是十分合适的熟度。同行长辈想熟一点,分别点了medium 和medium well,同样出色!靓嘅牛扒就系点煮都好得。头盘点左cheese platter红酒(点了两支酒)配美食is a must!另外点了新鲜石班鱼in red curry sauce.也不错。配菜点了green beans and fries (还好)最后mangomissu蛋糕和coffee作结,mango很鲜甜!perfect late lunch/early dinner!it's a good place for romantic dinner and family fine dining gathering!一行5人,埋单每人900hkd.not cheap but totally worth it!!
