As I am from San Francisco where there are a lot of good Vietnamese food, I am pretty picky when it comes to pho. Nga Trang is one of the better ones in HK where they can serve a decent noodle soup. I have tried their regular pho but the broth and beef are not comparable to what I've had in SF so I usually order the tomato and crab pho on their menu. I have tried their regular pho but the broth and beef are not comparable to what I've had in SF so I usually order the tomato and crab pho on their menu. The pho arrives pretty quickly in a large bowl so portions are plentiful. The broth flavor is sweet as it is tomato-based. I usually squeeze some lime juice and drop in a few green and red chili peppers to make the broth spicy to make it more appetizing to eat.  The noodles are clear vermicelli and cooked just right. There are plently of tomato and crab in the noodle. The crab can be in a few forms - from plain crab meat to crab fishball. The fishball is especially tasty as it is chewy and flavorful. As I finish the content, the broth becomes more addictive and I can't help but feel tempted to finish it all.
