One of the worst "all you can eat" restaurants I have ever been to Hong Kong.Saw a number of good reviews on OpenRice so I thought I give it a try. I must say service is so bad that I would not go back and would warn my friends about this restaurant. Firstly, the seats were cramped and uncomfortable. Then Ihad to order 3 times for a cup of hot tea. The worse part is you can see the waiters and waitresses are basically not interested to serve. We had to chase several times for our orders as t

Firstly, the seats were cramped and uncomfortable. Then Ihad to order 3 times for a cup of hot tea. The worse part is you can see the waiters and waitresses are basically not interested to serve. We had to chase several times for our orders as they have somehow "lost" our orders. We had to wait 30-40 mins for each order. The final straw for me was when I asked them to follow up on our tempuras and skewers, the waitress came back and said kitchen has already made our orders but we never had the tempuras or skewers that we ordered. Instead of apologizing that they had mixed up our orders, the waitress just looked at us.
This restaurant is not worth the trip as there are other better ones with better service to start with.
