I never understood the appeal of HK style Japanese-style western food. To me the dishes are always some sort of meat, some thick sauce, with rice or spaghetti. All unhealthy stuff..Anyway, I ordered the seafood salad a la carte ($68) since all the lunch set menu are those typical unhealthy meat+sauce+carbs type dish. The salad was a bit bigger than I thought, not that it's that big, but usually salads in HK tend to be on a smaller side, as if it's a side dish. I really miss restaurants in the US

Anyway, I ordered the seafood salad a la carte ($68) since all the lunch set menu are those typical unhealthy meat+sauce+carbs type dish. The salad was a bit bigger than I thought, not that it's that big, but usually salads in HK tend to be on a smaller side, as if it's a side dish. I really miss restaurants in the US where they always have nice vegetarian entrees and have nice entree portion salad!

Anyway the seafood salad had some squid, octopus and prawns in it. I asked for the dressing on the side but the citrus-y dressing is already coated and they gave me.. thousand island dressing on the side?

Within iSquare I would probably go somewhere else for lunch but it was a convenient location and it wasn't full yet so I decided on that. Anyway other than their salads, their omelet rice looks good.
