Humanity, openness and friendliness:I find humanity here. They reveal everything, every ingredients they use. They tell me why they make this but not that. I learnt a lot. It is like I can learn brewing coffee by drinking their coffees. They got the legendary transparency. I think maybe because customers are their friends. Their recipe is like "open-source". And wow, every customers are like more than being VIP. It is hardly find another coffee shop that can be so informative to their customers.

This would be great for poeple with low self-esteem and social anxiety.
Atmosphere:
Modern. I always fall in love to modern atmosphere.
Innovative:
Their quotes used in some text printed materials make me laugh. And, their staff got humor, too. So spend some times to interact with them.
Hyginene:
I saw no stink. It would be great for OCD.
Food:
Not top-notch.
Price:
But, well they sacrifice a bit quality of food for a great quality in all other aspects of Filter Lane. So overall, the price is reasonable.
