As Taikoo Shing residents, we used to always dine at the 太湖 in Sai Wan Ho esp for late dinner at around 9pm. But as it’s closed down, we now go to the one in Causeway Bay and we’re glad that the food still tastes so good!-The dried vegetable soup has a rich lean pork and vegetable flavour.You can see the ingredients here. The pork bone has nearly melted and blended into the soup!-We also ordered a Peking pork. The pork is crispy on the outside, while on the inside it still retains its tenderness
