好友已来过极力推介teppanyaki, 邀请我们一起去试试. The restaurant is located at the end of Haven St, easy to find. It has 3 parking lots outside the restaurant. We are lucky as we are the only booking for teppanyaki so we have the whole table. There's a big sushi table for omakase, a few groups there. And a VIP teppanyaki room which can accommodate 6-8. 咗薄荷业🍃加焑肉条吊出蚝的鲜味! A5 和牛 - 加上豆豆和炸蒜片实在是完美配搭 Chef Ken 特别为我们制作的炒饭🍚, 佢话平时会加蛋一起炒但今次蛋切条铺上, 淡身点无咁腻. 朋友话D picked 偏咸. 之后 Chef Ken 奉上七彩日本糖果盘, 先消化吓teppanyaki 的腻. 超贴心! 我选了松茸汤, 加入青柠感觉清新.
我们还点了两支sake, serve chilled, 非常不错.
这里无论环境, 食物质素和服务也感觉超班, 看来摘星机会不远了.
下次一定来试Omakase. 喜欢同Chef 闲谈和畅饮的食客,一定喜欢这里.
