So finally found the time to be there before 6pm to make sure we got seats as soon as they opened.Doors opened exactly at 6pm. We were given order sheets prior, so once we were seated, we handed in our orders.Wait time was a bit longer than expected. I didnt get my noodles until 6:18pm (timestamp on my first photo). Black sesame oil base wasn't bad, not too strong like others (i.e. Butao). I kept scooping the soup to drink.God of Tora:
This one did not appeal to me at all. The noodles were just "thrown" in there from the colander, as even in the soup when it was served, it stayed in the shape it was in from the colander. Disappointed!Soup base was not bad. Clear and aromic brother. Slightly on the lighter side, which was good. Meat was so-so, I only had one bite and gave the rest to my ramen buddy.
Soft Boiled egg:
This was awesome. $83 for this regular one incudes a FULL EGG. Say whaaaat!! And the egg was delicious, not overly undercooked and definitely not overcooked. Perfect!
Condiments provided up front did not include garlic. I had to ask for it. They did not provide minced garlic, but more like garlic paste and ended up as the forgotten friend in the remaining soup base. Minced garlic would've been much better!
