Over-rated and not professional

Ordered soup. Told waitress we shared. But not spilt the soup before serving. Just gave me one empty bowl to do it by myself. Soup was just warm not hot. Bread was cold and hard. Steak was not hot. Plates were cold. Not tasty at all. Overall only the beef tar tar was ok. Totally over-rated and costed me $1,400 for such quality of dinner.
