Dinner: (1) 卤水鹅/猪耳/猪头肉 ("lo shui" braised goose, pig's ear, pig's head) - super tasty and the goose was tender and not chewy nor dry; (2) 蚝仔粥 (baby oyster congee) - packed with so many baby oysters and the soup base was nicely seasoned; (3) 凉瓜煎蛋 (fried egg w bitter melon) - this was disappointing...bitter melon did not taste bitter at all...also the melon was diced when it should be sliced; (4) 潮式蒸鱼 (Chiu chow style steamed fish) - don't know the kind of fish but was steamed perfectly. OVERALL
How I rate: awesome > decent > meh > terrible.
