Overhyped and disappointing

Went there with a friend, we ordered the same thing: Wraps. The wraps were ok, tasty but nothing special, found them to be overpriced for what they are (but that’s most things in central), they don’t sell water, or anything iced, they don’t have ice??! In Hk summer.. oh well. The cold brew was expensive, lukewarm (thou its inside a fridge that doesn’t keep anything cold) and incredibly bad, the worst coffee I have ever tasted, the latte my friend ordered was so-so. Went there with a friend, we ordered the same thing: Wraps. The cold brew was expensive, lukewarm (thou its inside a fridge that doesn’t keep anything cold) and incredibly bad, the worst coffee I have ever tasted, the latte my friend ordered was so-so. On the day we went, there was a lady who also complained about her food and returned it. I also politely returned the cold brew after a few sips directly to the owner/chef, he shrugged as if he is very used to people sending things back. Overall unpleasant and strange. Don’t recommend and wouldn’t come back.
