Menu was in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. They have a flow chart on how to order your coffee here. They seem  to have every possible way to make coffee: espresso machine, pour over, siphon, aeropress. They have anything to suit your needs and tastes. They even had at least 3 - 4 different bean grinders. I've never seen a coffee shop with this much varying equipment. Along with coffee, they also offer other drinks and cafe style food.

I like to have a little something sweet with my coffee so I ordered a Pain au Chocolate ($22). Originally wanted an apple turnover but they sold out.  This was ok but a bit chewy. It felt store bought.

I ordered a  Latte ($38) and asked for a nutty bean. Size was small which wasn't a big thing for me. It's quality over quantity, right? Well, here's the thing. There was far too much milk. The coffee felt watered down. And the milk was burnt.  There was a horrible after taste. I've had better coffee at McCafe.

Thoroughly disappointing. I read in a past review that quality has decreased over the years. Is that why they gave me such a mediocre cup of joe? Also, this place has no wifi. What coffee shop now a days does not have wifi? Every single coffee shop has wifi. I guess that's how they drive away business as one patron left when he discovered there was no wifi. I really won't be back. There are far better coffee shops. May not be in  Mong Kok but elsewhere.
