I had these cupcakes twice now - once on my birthday.Personally I think the sponge is a little too light. I know that sounds strange, but i just didn't get a nice 'cakey' fill from eating it, it felt a bit too artificial for me and not home made.I would also agree with the other reviews that the cakes are a bit too sweet. HOWEVER - the red velvet cupcake is to die for. It was so good I had one in the shop, and then bought another one to take away and eat later once I had digested the first!So in
