i was my second time visiting with 2 friends and this time we had dinner with wine pairing. the first experience for lunch right after its opening was very great, this time extremely disappointing and both the service and food not worth Michelin one star.The food just mediocre and not worth the price. the sashimi didn’t seem fresh and the wine pairing also not matched with the food. The sommelier paired a whisky with the risotto course. both of them taste good when alone but was a disaster if you had them together. we found that the head chef was not there that night. this however shall not be an excuse as this is a michelin starred-restaurant and shall keep consistent quality
The service also not welcoming. i was the second guest arriving and no staff greeted me for what to drink until our final guest arrived. They were also very brief to introduce the food. when we asked further about the name of the fish, the female waitress just repeated the fish name but didn’t care if we got the name or not.
Overall, this is definitely the worst Michelin experience and we will never visit again
