It was so famous in the past and many people always visited Shenzhen and tried it. We decided to give it a try when Heytea opened a branch in Hong Kong (and there was a long queue waiting for a cup of tea… )Erm… well after all it is just a typical Taiwanese drink... and the so called cheese top… I would say that the cheese flavour was not strong and quite artificial… like it’s a bit salty but it’s not like the typical smooth cream cheese that you usually use for making cakes or applying to the b
Erm… well after all it is just a typical Taiwanese drink... and the so called cheese top… I would say that the cheese flavour was not strong and quite artificial… like it’s a bit salty but it’s not like the typical smooth cream cheese that you usually use for making cakes or applying to the bread... and it tasted weird when it was mixed with the tea, because it’s like a tangy, salty whitish cream blending with refreshing, clear tea, and a murky tea would be resulted...
I’d say it’s not worth queuing for hours just for that!
