Sai Ying Pun is a lovely area so I am always around exploring new restaurants.Crispy Bistro had an interesting name and the the breakfast pairings were not the usual because you can have waffles or crepes.A strange combination but it means you can have crepes or waffles.So ordered the crepe one.The crepe was filled with cheese and bacon so that was a surprise, it was a fun pairing of a sweet crepe with bacon.The baked beans were quite sweet and taste like Ayam baked beans although I could be wro

For me, I had the panini because I love hummus, salad and feta cheese.
It was healthy and delicious but I wish there was more hummus.
Finished with a nice hot cup of leafy jasmine tea which was included in the set.
