Booked a table at this restaurant through an automated phone system which sent me a link for a website via sms. Confirmation received but less than an hour before the booking was scheduled the waitress called me to advise the earliest table was after 1:30pm when my booking was 12:45pm. This is the second time in a week I’ve had a booking “cancelled” without my consent despite receiving confirmation. Both these restaurants are in the Gaia Group and located at IFC. Both times we had late or no notice at all and no reason given to why my booking was cancelled when other people didn’t seem to have a problem. I walked past and there were empty tables.
This is totally unacceptable for such a large restaurant group located in IFC. Never again.
