One of the best Pecking Duck I've had in a long time! The skin had perfect crunch - like biting in to a freshly baked croissant, not thin hard rice cracker- and beautiful sweet duck fat flavor. I mostly just ate it with a dab of plum sauce without the pancake. The jewel like dim sum was also top notch. All this at arguably the best view in HK!
