Although I'm not usually such a fan of frozen yoghurt, after a salt-ridden sukiyaki dinner, the idea of an icy cold and healthy dessert seemed very appealing.Out of the four yoghurt flavours (I tried all 4, they're very generous with their samples) I liked the lychee one the most. It was tart and not too sweet. I put lots of mochi as a topping (the Japanese guy behind the counter said it was homemade, and it was really chewy and yummy) as well as almonds.Icy, chewy AND crunchy! What a great comb
