I came to Causeway Bay a bit early and was a bit hungry as I skipped lunch. I came to try the Matcha Mont Blanc before my afternoon meal and it was much more fulfilling than I thought.The top part was a perfect blend of matcha and chestnut. It wasn't too sweet but very rich and the addition of lemon marmalade was a nice touch. The tartness balanced the rich dessert. However, it was still quite fulfilling and if don't suggest this as a post meal dessert as you will feel very full.
