Come here all the way for the melt-in-the-month wagyu! All their courses are made with a large portion of wagyu, the wagyu fat did melt at the month with buttery aroma and is succulently juicy!I like their combination of wagyu with roe and scallop, this is the best dish I recommended from this restaurant! Of course I need to order waygu pieces for grill as I feel that grilling is the way to go! It will be the best for the meat to absorb some of the grill’s smoky flavor. The soft grilled wagyu didn’t disappointed me~
The third dish that I highly recommend is their signature don, totally worth the price ~ It tops with wagyu, foie gras, flounder fin, well as small portion of minced raw tuna and roe. This Don is too fulfilling and is perfect for sharing among two people.
Also the wagyu toast is very camera friendly! From their menu, they displayed the wagyu certificate and I can tell they source the wagyu from Japanese gyusho iwate beef, and no wonder the food is slightly pricey. Overall this meal is satisfying and reminds me of the quality of food I ate in japan~
