We used to be frequent diners at Hipot Causeway Bay at the tea and night time, but I guess we would no longer be.On 20th Jan, two of us intended to go there for a Tea time hotpot buffet. We used to be frequent diners at Hipot Causeway Bay at the tea and night time, but I guess we would no longer be.

On 20th Jan, two of us intended to go there for a Tea time hotpot buffet. Yet we experienced the worst of the service and management in town.

While we were refused to dine at the far end, nor on one of the 4-8person's tables at the hall, you may notice Hipot Causeway Bay has an ample capacity at the time (Check out all the attached pictures).

One of the pictures shows three diners are sitting on one of the tables at the far end and they just started their Hotpot meal. Moreover, many 4-8person's tables were remained empty over the 30-40mins period when we were there.

Mind you, Hipot's cut off time for Afternoon tea is 3.30pm. In other words, your staff and Management have forgoned the Group's business at the expense of maintaining Empty Tables and urging us to leave.

I have complained to the so called Branch Manager but sorry mate "sorry for the arrangement" is not an acceptable explanation indeed.

You will have to explain to your Management and Media as I have also complained to them.

We ended up leaving the place as we had no mood to eat.

I hope Openrice will broadcast this to remind Hipot - "Excellent Customer Service should be maintained in Hong Kong or elsewhere."
