The purpose of a butler is to manage theservants to ensure the master’s taken well care of and services are kept at topnotch. For starter, I ordered the white winemussels at only $79 dollars. Generously portioned mussel served in creamy whitewine sauce. Creamy sauce tasted extremely rich and flavourful and pairsextremely nicely with the usually bland mussels. The mussels were also adequatelyfresh giving them a good texture
For main course, I ordered that $192 irongrilled flank steak, which is extremely cheap price level for a steak in arestaurant. Quality of the steak was superb and cooked medium done toperfection. Special made herb sauce also deserves a mention since it goes superwell with the usually stronger beefy flavor flank steak.
Unlike other Tung Yam Kung pasta/risotto whichfails to bring the tung yam kung flavour into the spotlight, the risotto waswell prepared with a strong tung yam kung taste for those who enjoy a littlezest and spice in their pasta. Overall a very good fusion dish.
Lastly, a banoffee crème brulee pancake.Very puffy texture and gives off a very nice egg armoa. A cherry on top for anextremely pleasant food journey.
