Every time I’m craving a bowl of pho and in the Shatin area, this is the place I go to. You can always expect the same consistent bowl of pho bo on every visit. One thing I wish they did here are lunch sets as it would be nice to enjoy a cup of Vietnamese coffee without having to pay full price. The pho came with the garnishes on the side, which is ideal for those who prefer not to have any thing on top. There’s a good amount of beef but was slightly overdone despite the raw beef version.
