Despite it being just T3, it was very windy and cold and it made me crave a warm bowl of pho. I usually struggle between ordering banh mi and pho when I'm at a vietnamese restaurant. Traditional french bread $62
It was a filly packed banh mi with Vietnamese sausage, boneless pork shank, pork liver pate, corriander and mayo. Bread was crispy and fresh, the pate and mayo acted as a good base that stuck the whole dish together.
