To be honest, I am not a fan of Taiwanese dishes or Korean dishes but went here because they had these dishes with a savoury souffle topping. The savoury souffle topping is not new, they have it at Megan's Kitchen for the souffle crab and tomato hotpot broth but as I am not a fan of hotpots I didn't try it.I had to choose my dishes carefully because most of them contain kimchi. In the end, this is what I had:Coffee:I can't quite work out why it is called Hand Made coffee but anyway it was just a j

I had to choose my dishes carefully because most of them contain kimchi.
In the end, this is what I had:
Coffee:
I can't quite work out why it is called Hand Made coffee but anyway it was just a jug of coffee that you pour onto the candyfloss.
The rice was a bit hard and tasteless.
The next dish was an interesting fusion of Korean rice cakes and dumplings but it was spicy which was not stated on the menu. (laced with Korean spices).
The toast had a stunning presentation but again there was a really spicy sauce at the bottom and I wish they didn't serve with local bread because it has a strange texture.
Anyway, it was nice how they skillfully put the egg yolk in the middle of the souffle.
