Another great drink from Starbucks. It has Coconut jelly made with coconut bits at the bottom topped with chilled coconut water. Pina Colada juice blended with ice is then poured on top giving it that floating island effect. It was a brilliant drink because it is non alcoholic and doesn't contain coconut milk.The sweetness was just right for me because there is no extra syrup as the sweetness comes from the coconut jelly and the slush on top is just juice blended with ice.
