为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Pineapple Bun Vs Egg Tart

Is it because of the expectation ? Most people told me that they have the best Pineapple Bun here, and so, I wake up early in the Sunday morning and come here to try all the famous pastry here, except the french toast... as I afraid it could be too much... most pastry products offered here are of great quality and great value, in particular the Chicken Pie and Egg Tart...  but if you are going  to dine in, please be aware that you need to order at least a drink or you will be subject to a minimu

... the Pineapple Bun, well, I still prefer the one offered in Sai Kung Cafe & Bakery ... just my personal favourite.
