Located on the corner of Electric Road, it is hard to miss.The difference from this bakery is that you see the cakes from outside and order from the counter.The egg tarts looked quite nice from the outside so I decided to get one.However I could not see the prices.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Shop photos:★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Egg tart:When they remove the egg tart from the metal casing they will use a piece of bread to act as a surface to knock it out.Then they will put the egg tart in a cake casing

When they remove the egg tart from the metal casing they will use a piece of bread to act as a surface to knock it out.Then they will put the egg tart in a cake casing and put it in a small carrier bag and pass it to you after you have paid, however if you are still fumbling with the coins they will hang the bag on the window.
When I got the egg tart it was really hot, the pastry base was shortcrust and luckily it was not that buttery.
As for the sweetness of the overall egg tart it was just right. The custard filling was quite runny just like the Chinese smooth steamed egg.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
