We came to check out the Airside mall for the first time and decided to have pizza for lunch. There was a huge selection of pizzas on their menu 👇We asked the waiter for his recommendation to which he suggested the Wagyu Sirloin $298 which we followed. When the pizza came it was epic, a thin crusted 12 inch (or 30cm in diameter) was huge. Once placed on the table we barely had any room left.
The pizza was thin and crispy and the wagyu steak was tender and juicy and went well with the mozzarella cheese, drizzle of tomato sauce and caramelised onions. One of the best pizzas I’ve had recently in HK.
The restaurant is small, pet friendly and service is ok. There is gelato ice cream as well for those with a sweet tooth.
