Emmer always caught my eye after it replaced Petit Cafe, and I was excited to try it for dinner. Fun fact: it’s by the same guys behind Beef & Liberty hamburger restaurant! The 11-inch pizzas are cooked in a rotating steel oven, and the dough is super fluffy but also chewy in the right places, and naturally low-gluten. The 11-inch pizzas are cooked in a rotating steel oven, and the dough is super fluffy but also chewy in the right places, and naturally low-gluten. I loved the blackboard special the most - it used Italian sliced coppa ham & runny egg, and was absolutely delicious. Also like how there are a lot of good non-pizza dishes like grilled cauliflower with bagna cauda sauce and delicious chocolate hot fudge cake. To top off a great experience, the service was top-notch and we were well looked-after throughout the meal. Will be back!
