Vegmind is a welcome addition to the SWH community, serving innovative vegan centric cuisine in a quiet street corner near the promenade. Loved the minimalistic decor. A sanctuary for the busy workforce nearby.Was very tempted to try the Vegan Minced Beef Clay Pot Risotto but didn’t want to have so much rice. Was very tempted to try the Vegan Minced Beef Clay Pot Risotto but didn’t want to have so much rice. Ended up ordering their other signature item “VMC" Veggie Beef Burger and French fries.
The lunch set came with an Egg Salad with Vegan Fish Skin Crisps, daily soup and a side salad of beetroot. The daily soup was Cream of Mushroom Soup, which was made from fresh mushrooms and cream, which I highly commend. The vegan fish skin crisp had gone soft and the beetroot was not exactly fresh though.

The beef burger comprised of Veggie Beef. Grilled Pineapple, Tomato. Cheese Slices in a honey mustard dressing in a home-made marble bun. Fair execution with balanced flavours. Would be better had there been more dressing. The French fries were fresh with a nice golden exterior.
