为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施,与顾客共同从源头减少厨余,环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划,参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴,以供张贴於店舖内和宣传,供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请,申请费用全免。

the restaurant is hidden down in the basement from the bar entrance. the set menu and a la carte offers plenty of meat and seafood choices. I opted for the set dinner with pork rillette for entree, barramundi for main and mango mille fille for dessert. the rillette was a little tougher to chew than I expected, but the flavor was very nice. the barramundi was cooked well without drying out and with adequate seasoning. the mango dessert was the highlight of the menu.service by staff was very atte
