Poor customer service

Several expats commented that the frontline service can be quite slow for a "fast food" chain and staff lack communication skills to accommodate English-speaking customers.  Orders delivered are sometimes incorrect.  Some staff are better than others.  At times, the rubbish and trays are not cleared on the tables even when crowds of people are looking for seats.  The food quality is average because the chicken items are not always served hot, this will depend on the time of day.  Some friends ha

Several expats commented that the frontline service can be quite slow for a "fast food" chain and staff lack communication skills to accommodate English-speaking customers.  Orders delivered are sometimes incorrect.  Some staff are better than others.  At times, the rubbish and trays are not cleared on the tables even when crowds of people are looking for seats.  The food quality is average because the chicken items are not always served hot, this will depend on the time of day.  Some friends had food poisoning after their KFC meals over the years.  Staff hygiene is also of concern.  Good tip to watch the staff as your food is prepared.  I was not impressed with the service quality and continue to avoid this branch.  Eat at your own risk.
题外话/补充资料： The specialty items seem interesting, but you need to make sure the staff prepare your food properly.
