Poor food, even worse service

Lunch on a Saturday. Didn't realize they force you to have a brunch at$350 per head. Given we have 2 adults and 2 kids, we were reluctant, but ended up agreeing since the waitress promised they can switch the kids' main course selection (not forcing them to have kids platter, but can choose and adult choice). Half way into the meal, when we tried ordering main course, they didn't honor that, and kept on insisting that they have already cooked the kids meal (and forcing us to have it). I had t

Given we have 2 adults and 2 kids, we were reluctant, but ended up agreeing since the waitress promised they can switch the kids' main course selection (not forcing them to have kids platter, but can choose and adult choice). Half way into the meal, when we tried ordering main course, they didn't honor that, and kept on insisting that they have already cooked the kids meal (and forcing us to have it). I had to raise my voice, and ask for the manager after 3 min of argument before they give in.

Food was really mediocre. Brunch selection was poor, nothing special, and everything tastes unfresh
