Poor food quality

The Calamari was rubbery and the chicken thighs were just deep-fried, not a place I would go again.  I had not much expectations for this place, but given the number of positive reviews, the food quality was akin to a cheap local restaurant. The only positive was the place was clean and the service was average to above average.However, they forgot one of the orders..
