Poor reservation system

Booked 1 week in advance and because I didn’t pick up the phone the next day to confirm it was cancelled. Was only aware on the day when I called, and was stuck scrambling to find a reservation for the day of for a large party. Really...?! A bit better customer service would be appreciated
