I was so angry about the Spagetti House in Shatin today. I decided never tried again forever ! Today I went to spagetti house and ordered 2 sets meal with a friend. after 20 mins, we still got nothing. I thought maybe lots order as sunday , so we wait patiently. But i saw there are some dishes arrived on the next table. Then i started to think what happened. after 30mins, i can't wait and asked a staff to check for me. she not replied me anything and disappeared after. therefore i did not know w

Today I went to spagetti house and ordered 2 sets meal with a friend. after 20 mins, we still got nothing. I thought maybe lots order as sunday , so we wait patiently. But i saw there are some dishes arrived on the next table. Then i started to think what happened. after 30mins, i can't wait and asked a staff to check for me. she not replied me anything and disappeared after. therefore i did not know what happened to my order. After 10 mins , i wanted to leave this poor restaurant. I waited totally 50mins and nothing arrive . i saw there were lots customers come and go. the people next to my table were eating already and nearly finished. at this time , the waiter who made the order for me at the first time came to me and explained me that the computer jam the paper and so..... what is your order ? what is this question ? i was so angry and can't accept this non sense excause. if there is paper jam , go to check computer for the order , not ask me . that showed he did not put my order since 50mins ago obviously. then he said he would get me all the dished at once , very fast . i replied NO. soup first was ok . how to accept soup , pasta , drinks came at once in the small table . it's the compensation of making delay ? i refused . but they insisted to put food on table at once even i reminded them twice . OMG . so poor service and make us so angry and low mood . I won't go there again ! I know people can make mistake , but i can't accept it today . too fake excaus , jam paper ??????
