Poor service and disappointing food

First bad experience with this restaurant was the manner of the reception taking reservation phone call. The lady over the phone was literally shouting at me in an absolute rude manner. By the time when we got to the restaurant on the night, we waited for at least 15 to be seated and another 15 to order our food, which were totally unacceptable standards for a restaurant located in such a prime location. The food was so-so after taking all the nonsense from the servicing team, which i had expect

By the time when we got to the restaurant on the night, we waited for at least 15 to be seated and another 15 to order our food, which were totally unacceptable standards for a restaurant located in such a prime location. The food was so-so after taking all the nonsense from the servicing team, which i had expected a bit more than just that for the price that they charged me. In term of freshness, many Japanese restaurants in cwb can attain such a level; in term of choices, they are not that special as from other authentic Japanese kitchen. Adding on the ill-mannerism from the waitress, it is definitely not a pleasant experience to dine with Miso.
