Tried its high tea yestersday, $168 for 2 person with 1 free refillable drink for each - reasonable price! Sandwishes and choco mouse was very delicious, while the rest was just soso... Service was quite disappointing. Despite the good environment, waiters failed to offer a warm & comfortable mood to customers.
1) High tea was served from 3:00 p.m. & we arrived at 4:00 something. No waiter served at the reception. After we had attracted the waiter's attention, she just told us that the resturant was full & went back into the restaurant without giving us a ticket to wait, or other advice.
2) No water would be served if you didn't order their high tea set. I believed serving water was a basic service - available even in fast food resturants.
I do expect more from La Parole, a so called a medium / high ranked restaurant in Tsing Yi. There is lots of room for improvement in their food & service!!
