last Friday me and my auntie was looking for a cozy place to drink cuz I'm not so hungry ,we ordered oysters and a dinner set,they served us the oysters and wine first,after 20mins, they bring us the soup after we chased them and then another 20mins for the main course which is a steak,because it's toke me a long time to wait so I finished my drink already so I order one bottle of handcraft beer ,it doesn't need to wait more than 7 mins to have a beer in common sense but I did wait that long tim
so I turn up my voice and asked the waitress did I need to wait more than 10mins for just a beer???
she didn't apologize or feel like to apologize and asked me back what is the beer I ordered? and after she bring me the beer without showing me the bottle, cuz normally when I go to other bar to order the handcraft beer they will take the bottle to my table at least I know that is what I order. How can I sure they didnt give me something else instead.the lady gave the beer she just dropped the glass on my table and say nothing. I'm not expecting anything especially in this area of this kind of we called bar and resturant,at least you need to apologize after your customer waited for a long long time.This is the first time Ive been there without choosing the WOFT I used to go to, this experience tell me next week I should go back to the one I used to be go to (they got a better service,food and drinks)
