Extremely poor service. I and my wife booked in advance for hotpot through Openrice and supposingly we should have a discount of enjoying half price for the second peolpe. The waiters however didn't remind us to leave by 7.30pm (we were taking care of a 1.5 year old kid) and when they got the bill for us they just told us that we have missed to leave by 7.30 (it was at around 7.35). We were seated at around 6pm and with their acknowledgement that we would like to enjoy the discount, they should

Extremely poor service. I and my wife booked in advance for hotpot through Openrice and supposingly we should have a discount of enjoying half price for the second peolpe. The waiters however didn't remind us to leave by 7.30pm (we were taking care of a 1.5 year old kid) and when they got the bill for us they just told us that we have missed to leave by 7.30 (it was at around 7.35). We were seated at around 6pm and with their acknowledgement that we would like to enjoy the discount, they should remind us to get the bill by 7.30. Also, we have stopped ordered by 7.30 (actually our last order was placed at 710). but clearly the restaurant was playing all around these tricks claiming that its our responsibility to get the bill paid by 7.30. As a side note we have tried to place our last order at 7pm but nth came until 7.10 pm and then we remind them again. Wondering if that's also part of their tricks to get you failed to enjoy the discount. Will NEVER go again.
